They needed a designer that could: Collaborate with customers to identify their major pain points with the platform; Deliver a comprehensive re-design that solved those pain points; and Work with engineering to deliver a customer-ready product.
We launched the product right before their Series-B fundraising round, to build investor excitement. Users we’re delighted with the new platform.
